What data do you collect?

We collect information that you provide directly to us. Payment Options

Can I use my CatchHalo e-Gift Card for in-store purchases?

CatchHalo e-Gift Cards are valid for purchases online and in U.S. stores. At this time, International locations do not accept e-Gift Cards.

Will my gift card be refunded if I return?

When you make a return on an order in which you paid with a gift card, the gift card will be refunded first. We are unable to refund your original form of payment for more than what was paid.

Charging Payments

Do you price match or offer price adjustments?

We do not price match our third party retailers, and do not offer price adjustments at this time. 

My order was canceled, how long does it take for me to get my funds back?
If we cancel your order, you will not be charged. Your pre-authorization hold may take up to 5 business days to fall off of your account, dependent on your bank.
When am I charged for my order?

You are charged for your order once it is shipped out.

At the time of your purchase, we place a pre-authorization hold on your credit or debit card. Once your order is shipped, this hold is processed and becomes a charge.

You will only be charged for what was shipped, along with any applicable duties and taxes. If items were removed from your order, your charged amount will be revised. This process is done automatically, but it may take up to 5 business days for you to see the new charge, dependent on your bank.

Will I be charged for taxes?

Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout once you enter your address at checkout.
